TRAFFIC SIGNAL UPGRADES FROM MAST ARMS TO SPAN WIRES

 

BES professionals were responsible for the design of traffic signalization at this major intersection in Tampa. Project specifics involved the replacement of existing concrete strain poles with dual mast arm poles, the redesign of ADA ramps on all four quadrants and the removal of existing communication controllers and the installation of a new one in its place. The design involved survey, geotechnical investigation, subsurface utility and utility coordination. Also, internally illuminated signs were included.
